WORKPLACE NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Assessments cover a wide range of adaptations, adjustments and assistive technologies which may be of use for people with sight / hearing loss, musculoskeletal conditions and neurodivergent traits.
Typical adjustments may include (but not be limited to): software / hardware magnifiers, changes to workstation equipment (such as mice/keyboards etc), personal FM transmitters for those with a hearing loss, speech input/output software or strategy coaching for neurodivergent thinkers.
What happens?
Each assessment takes up to two hours to carry out. Following the assessment you'll receive a written report within 10 working days which will detail the recommended adjustments, costs and suggested suppliers.
Because we are not affiliated to any suppliers, our reports are completely unbiased and are based upon what's right for you or your client. We aim to find the most cost effective solution to any problem and identify the right level of technology for each person.
